I checked to update my iPhone 13 ProMax on Mac and it says 16.4 is latest version but on my phone is showing 16.4.1 is out to update. Which one is correct ? Am I missing something ?
Also checked on Apple Configurator but same result " No Updates are available for"

Apple just released 16.4.1 this morning, it may take a while for everything to sync.
It looks like you have the option to install it from your phone. I would recommend doing so as it patches several vulnerablilites.
It's going to take a few days for everything to take effect and sync up.
Post back in a week to let us know that everything is OK.
iOS 16.4.1 version has just been officially released by Apple.
