This is weird, even for Apple. My wife got that "out of space buy 50GB of storage" on her Iphone.
She added 50GB a couple weeks ago. I looked at her phone and she's right! It's gone!
Any suggestions?

If your iCloud storage plan did not automatically renew, check to make sure that you have a payment method saved to your account and that there's no errors with it.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap Manage Payments.
Add a payment method to your Apple ID
Once you've confirmed that a valid payment is added, you can then change the storage plan back to the one you want.
1. Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap iCloud, then tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage. Or scroll down and tap Upgrade to iCloud+.
3. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
4. Choose a plan and follow the onscreen instructions.
