Amazon music not connecting to carplay.

Recently, my amazon music and only my amazon music is sounding poor and like it’s coming from a run down speaker. My spotify and radio works perfectly fine but when it comes to amazon music i try to turn it up but it says voice volume. when i turn spotify or the radio up, it says audio volume. any ideas on what’s going on?

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like there may be an issue with the settings on your device or with the Amazon Music app itself. Here are a few things you could try:

  1. Check the settings in the Amazon Music app: Make sure that the audio settings are set to "high quality" or "HD" if your device supports it. You can usually find these settings in the app's settings menu.
  2. Restart the Amazon Music app: Close the app completely and then reopen it to see if this resolves the issue.
  3. Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart can fix audio issues on a device.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the Amazon Music app: If the issue persists, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it from the app store.
  5. Contact Amazon customer support: If none of the above steps work, it may be worth reaching out to Amazon customer support for further assistance. They may be able to identify the issue and offer a solution.
