Defective AirPod pro

I have the “defective” batch of first generation AirPod pros. Apple refuses to replace the manufacturer defective product and the jackasshat customer service nobody’s refuse to give me manager information to escalate the apparent known issue. I was never given a notification of the issue BUT Apple certainly knows that I have them and when I bought them etc. I smell a class action brewing.

First off, note that we are not Apple. We are just everyday Apple users like yourself. So, if something does not suit your needs, then report it to apple.

How to Report this to Apple:

  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
