Thank you for taking the time to read. I'm talking about my mobile signal strength on my iPhone X. My phone had no problem when using iOS 15 as well as iOS16.1.
However, the moment I upgraded to iOS 16.2, my mobile signal strength tend to drop from 5 bar to only 3 bar and always fluctuate between 3 bar and no signal strength and also reboot the phone by itself. It persist even when i upgrade to iOS 16.3.
However, when i upgraded to iOS 16.3.1, things start to goes back to normal in which the mobile signal strength at most maximum 3 bar and it doesn't drop to 0 and restart the phone by itself.
But now upgraded to iOS 16.4, my mobile signal strength totally gone. Only have to restart my iPhone a few times, when the phone turns back on, it displayed my mobile signal strength on full bar but will drop to 3 bar and then no signal within a minute. I also had tried to insert other mobile carrier sim card in which unable to detect any signal unless i reboot the iphone a few times before i get full signal before drop to no signal.
Hence now my mobile phone can only connect to wifii in order to use the apps.
FYI, i had changed a new battery on my iPhone X (as to rule out is a battery problem). The repair man mentioned there is nothing wrong with the hardware when replaced the battery. Mentioning most probably is the software causing the problem especially i had mentioned him about what i had experience from iOS 15 to iOS 16.4.
Now i hope i can reformat my iPhone X to iOS 15 but i know it can't be done. Hence, i hope the next iOS upgrade will be able to solve or fix my mobile signal strength problem as now i totally cannot use the phone to surf the net using mobile data or make any phone call (even though i had tried to use different mobile carrier's sim card).
FYI, the sim card if placed on iphone 6 or samsung, there is no issue. Furthermore, i had went to mobile operator to replace a new sim card already.
Hence, Hope if anybody have any solutions or alternative to resolve my mobile issues (if they had same issue as me) beside waiting for the next iOS upgrade.
