When does Apple plan to add carrier support on Apple Watch Ultra for Republic of Moldova?

Hi, I want to buy an Apple Watch Ultra and use it in the Republic of Moldova however when I look at Apple Watch carrier countries Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple (MD)I don’t see Moldova on that list, so my question is when does Apple plan to add cellular support for Apple Watch Ultra for this country?

Based on that list I see neighbors countries like Romania and Ukraine already support cellular on AWU.
