Blocked contact
I have unblocked a no on iphone 13 but still they are unable to call me.
and the person whom i have blocked they are able to call me

You may not have used the correct process.
To see the phone numbers, contacts, and email addresses that you've blocked from Phone, FaceTime, Messages, or Mail:
