Animated GIFs in Quick Look or Gallery view stop previews until Finder restart

After the Ventura 13.3 update I can't view animated GIF files via quick look or gallery view.

Restarting the Finder brings back Quick Look until I view an animated GIF again, which triggers the problem again, until I restart the Finder again. Am I alone here?
