I was approved and am adding card to my wallet.. Is it supposed to take a long time?

It shouldn’t.
Try powering-off your phone and restarting.
If no change (i.e. Apple Card is still not in your iPhone wallet) …
Try logging “out” of your AppleID and then back “in.”
These steps seem to have a way of resolving wallet “funkiness.”
