There were some issues previously with Weather recently but it looks like most of them were resolved yesterday (April 6th) according to this page: Apple - Support - System Status. If you're experiencing issues with that app still, it wouldn't be a bad idea to restart all of the devices affected by the issue and see if that helps refresh things and get any existing issues sorted out.
For any other issues you might be facing, feel free to reply back to this message with more information and details of what you're experiencing. The community may be able to weigh in further and share some troubleshooting steps you can try.
