App appearing on screen time I haven’t downloaded before

The Hello Fresh app is appearing on my screen time. It shows I used it for:

• 4hrs on April 3rd between 7.20pm - 12am
• 8hrs on April 4th between 12.01am - 8.09am

it just appeared randomly. Weird part is I’ve never downloaded this app nor do I have an account with them. I assumed it’s a glitch because who’s using the app for 12 hours straight. Or have I been hacked?
