game center friends
I have iOS 16.4 but when i go to game center to add or accept friend requests it says i cannot add to this device.

Is Screen Time enabled on your device? If so, there could be restriction on it. You can check to see if Screen Time is enabled, by going to Settings > Screen Time. If the Screen Time is on, and you're able to make changes, go to Content & Privacy Settings >then tap Content Restrictions > Scroll to the Game Center section to see if any are set to Not Allow.
