We see you've posted about an issue with your collaborator not being able to see edits on a Shared Note. We understand the importance of being able to collaborate with others through Notes. We have some steps to start with that could resolve this issue. Both of you will want to walk through these steps:
- Confirm available storage on each device: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
- Tap Settings > Your Account > iCloud > Notes, and disable Notes temporarily. Wait a moment, then re-enable the feature and test to see if edits are pushed through.
- If the behavior continues, sign out of iCloud: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
- Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- Then sign back in to iCloud: Sign in with your Apple ID
Have her test again to confirm if she can see your edits to the Shared Note. You can also test by creating a new shared note and testing to see if the behavior is different. If you still can't see the edits, have her log in to iCloud.com and test to see if the edits are showing there.
