How to find government alerts on my iPad?
I have looked in Notifications for government alerts and I am still not seeing it.
I have an iPad Pro 11 inch.
does anyone have a suggestion.

Emergency Alerting is feature of mobile phones (including iPhone) - not iPad. The associated settings being found at the end of the Notifications List:
iPhone
Settings > Notifications > [Emergency Alerts]
