Apple's weather app

Does Apple's weather app still work for the UK? Mine used to work fine, but now just displays the local town and a blank blue screen.

Tried sending a 'report an issue' and it says 'Weather Unavailable - it isn't connected to the internet'. I've checked all the settings for wi-fi and mobile data and reloaded the app and upgraded OS to v.iOS 16.4 but still the same....
