Left AirPod Pro doesn't charge

It only happens on my left AirPod Pro, but oftentimes when I put it in the charging case, it lights up as if it is charging, but then the light goes off. When I put in the right AirPod Pro and look at my iphone to see if they are both charging, it will show the right charging and the left not. I jiggle it and pull it out and put it back in, and it lights up w/ the lighting bolt that it's charging, but then it goes off sometimes. Eventually it will charge but usually only when the case is being charged. It keeps happening. I've cleaned the case and the Airpod. What should I do?
