upgrade to ios 15 instead of 16

I have a 2nd gen SE. I have kept it on ios 14.5.1. Phone working fine so never updated. Starting now to have apps that want a higher ios to update. Is there any way I can just upgrade to ios 15 and not 16? Thx.
