Need refund for app subscription

November 2022 I paid a one-year PREMIUM subscription for a photo editing application, which for the last 2-3 months does not allow me to use it. It shows that I have not purchased a PREMIUM package. I want to be reimbursed the amount of BGN 68.99. I need from help

Not sure if it is still possible, after 90 days, but you can always try.

Do you get any error message?


It shows that I have not purchased a PREMIUM package.

Do you have the invoice from Apple?

If so, tap on Report a problem on the invoice.


Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
