while I insert a video from my iPhone to timeline, the brightness of a clip is automatically increased while inserting into a project , and a message is displayed "adding HDR content to SDR project" and " bright content will be clipped in this project. To adjust brightness, apply a colour correction effect or apply the HDR tools effect to this clip"
The resultant output is not looking like natural.
How to go about this?
MacBook Pro (2017 – 2020)
If you want to edit in HDR, you can make your project be HDR:
1) Make your Library HDR: select the library in the browser sidebar, open the Inspector, click Modify and select
"Wide gamut HDR"
2) Make your Project HDR: press Command-J to open the project inspector, click Modify and change the color space to match that of your clips.
Alternatively, and especially if most of your content is SDR, you may want to edit in an SDR project.
In that case, you need to add the HDR Tools effect to your HDR clips.
