Request a refund - denied two times

hello apple

Do I still have right to request a refund my payment event if the apple team already refused two time on my previous request a refund.

I still want you to review my case as I really didn't mean to purchase that game.

How do I find out more information on why my refund request was denied I got charged for a game promotion package that I didn’t make or authorize. It says the purchase was made from my iPhone when I don’t even have the game on my phone. The game is only on my iPad and no purchase was made on the game. I submitted the request for a refund and only got the “it doesn’t meet requirements for a refund” but no other details on why it was denied. I submitted the request again asking why it wasn’t eligible for a refund, when it was a fraudulent charge on my account, and just got the same uniformed response. Where can I get more details on their decision??

I can’t request refund I don’t know what happens I requested three refunds in a game called soul knight because they weren’t what i expected. at first time they said it’s not eligible second time either but when i tried to request refund one more time I noticed i just can refund one of them can you tell me what should i do i get hatred from this game because after all money i purchased it was still useless i wanna delete it but at first i wanna take my money back

I need a refund from Apple I made purshase yesterday I want refund I did not recived what I payed! You tell me that I contact developer of the game! I did and they say that I should contact apple! I dont want play that games with you or developers of the game! Please make a refund! here in an inovice and all data you need! I did not recived what I ordered! [Edited by Moderator]
