I cannot use the alert/Text tone, alarm tone and ringtone that I purchased from the iTunes store. Followed the steps and downloaded them often?!? Won't show up in my sounds. I did buy a couple of sounds last year and they worked. Can anyone help me please?

No, not in Apple Music. Purchased ringtones has nothing to do with Apple Music.

like I mentioned in my first email I have redownloaded the sounds numerous times. Nothing seems to work. The sounds and alerts show up in my Apple music as downloaded🤷♀️ Do you have any other suggestions
