Phone keeps ignoring calls automatically

Hey guys! I’ve spoken to apple and they took me through so many steps (resetting settings, checking my focus, do not disturb to make sure it had allow calls from everyone, call forwarding, my phone was updated). My phone still however ignores calls whether my phone is set on do not disturb or not. Everyone has to call me twice for it to come through and this is so annoying.
