iCloud Photo Library Download Originals

Hello,

If I turn on Download Originals in my Mac’s iCloud Photo Library settings, will edits be included in the downloaded images or will the unedited originals only be downloaded (without the edits)?

Yes. Your photos and videos in iCloud are all synced.

Whatever you edited will be downloaded. Download originals just means the full version, not an optimized version.

Thank you for confirming. I just wanted to be sure. Do you know if videos are also downloaded when this setting is enabled?
