I'm another user with this huge problem. This is unacceptable.
I've been dealing with a syncing issue in iCloud Photos for over a year now, and honestly, I'm fed up. Despite having enough storage and following every step Apple has thrown at me, my photos and videos just won't sync because of some ridiculous shared library block. I keep getting this absurd message that it's "deleting the library," but nothing ever happens, and my photos and videos remain unsynced.
I've reached out to Apple support countless times, and while they always claim they're "working on it," the reality is I've seen no solution. Every month it's the same story: the engineering department is "reviewing" my case. Seriously? A year to review a syncing issue?
On top of this, I've filed two complaints about the service, and I still haven't received any response from Apple's customer service. It's like they're completely ignoring the issues their paying customers are facing.
iCloud isn't free. I'm paying for a service that's not delivering, and honestly, there's a limit to patience. If Apple can't provide a basic solution for a service I'm paying for, maybe I need to reconsider if it's worth being a customer.
I hope someone from Apple reads this and realizes how frustrating this situation is. And if not, at least other users are aware of what might await them.
