Apple News Local News is stuck in my former home town

How do I change Local News to my new city and state? I changed my Apple ID payment and shipping addresses to the new location months ago, deleted the Apple News app and reinstalled it. No luck.

Can Apple make it easy to download apps that are only available in iTunes stores in foreign countries. I travel frequently to foreign countries. In many of these countries the apps for informing people on emergencies, local events etc. are only available in the local country Apps store. Another example are parking apps that are only available in the local store. The advice from others in the community is to sign out and create a new id for the new country. This does not appear to be a good solution for a number of reasons because you end up having to give your temporary local address, which could be an AirBNB and the host might not like it. Apple users must be having this issue all over the world, can Apple not allow their users access to local apps when they are in the location?

Apple News+ new Food section not showing up in 18.4 Hi, I have just installed 18.4 on my devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) and cannot find the new Food section in News+. I am beginning to think that it has not been activated outside the US. I am located in Canada and my systems are set on French (Canada). I have not trouble getting a mix of English and French articles on my devices, but I cannot see this new section. Any ideas how to solve this ? (I have tried swiping up the app to clear the menory, but no success)

Check that your device shows the correct time zone in Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone.

If you can't change the time or time zone on your Apple device

Yes. It’s “set automatically” and shows the correct zone.
