High temperatures MacBook Pro m2 pro 16

Hello,

So I have recently bought a MacBook pro 16 with an m2 pro chip. My concern is that whenever I run an intensive render, my temps rise to over 100 degrees celsius, and sometimes even to 108. I don't understand why my fans are staying at around 2500 rpm when the CPU is at 102 degrees or over. Why don't they rump up more to cool down the chip? Is it safe for it to work at temps like that?

Unreal engine 5. After that I tried running cinabench test to see how the temperatures are operating. After few minutes, they were constantly sitting at around 102-105 degrees. Im wondering if thats Ok for the cpu to be that hot and why are the fans at 2000 rpm and not spinning faster to cool down the chip.

"Intensive render" what...?

Stating what application is involved here may be a good starting point
