How does a Blocked senders email unblock itself?

I've been trying to respond ever since I received notice of your response. It's been not accepting or allowing me to post to your response until now.

Thank you for the response. Everything is up to date. It's been a very odd occurrence and it doesn't happen with every junk/spam/scam mail. I can't even tell who the offenders are since I've deleted them after selecting Blocking them. Even odder, it hasn't happened in recent days since I started my post on here. I almost hesitate stating that, thinking of Murphy’s Law.
