FaceTime issues since upgrade to Ventura 13.3

Since the upgrade to Ventura 13.3 OS, I've had FaceTime glitches where my FaceTime will ring on my MacBook Pro and I hit join and it says it's connecting but it keeps ringing and ringing and not connecting. I'll close out FaceTime and it will stop and then re-open and it's still ringing. (I'm on ethernet by-the-way so it's not a reception issue.) Then, when I'm in the middle of a FaceTime on my laptop it will suddenly garble in the middle of a sentence and end the call.

This last time it happened, I was talking and had picked up my phone and was in the middle of reading a website link I'd sent a friend in a text. Then I looked up and my FaceTime had ended. My friend on the other side said he'd been on, just listening and it garbled and closed. This has never happened before the upgrade and is now happening consistently. Is there a known bug with FaceTime and the upgrade?
