Unable to Connect AirPod Pro to Samsung TV

I have been trying to connect my AirPod Pro's to my Samsung TV (link here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-65-class-8-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-tizen-tv/6325564.p?skuId=6325564).


  • I ensured that the AirPods are turned on and disconnected from my other devices.
  • I held down the button on the back of the AirPod case so that they went into pairing mode
  • I searched for Bluetooth speakers and found my AirPods
  • I click on Pair and Connect

The screen pauses for a while, and then I get the prompt: "Connection Unsuccessful

  • Unable to connect to AirPods Pro. Make sure the device is turned on"


  • Sometimes, the volume turns off and I get a new prompt that reads" A device has already been connected. Do you want to disconnect the existing device and connect the new device?" after I try to connect.
  • HOWEVER, there is no connection and my AirPods still do not work.


How do I get this to work? I have tried a hard reset. Nothing seems to make this work.
