macOS Ventura 13.3 - Screensaver not starting

I am experiencing some troubles with screensaver with the last 13.2 and 13.3 versions of Ventura on my MacBook Pro M1 Max 64Gb ram. Screensaver does not start at the indicated time of inactivity, independently of the type of screensaver.

For information

  1. Inactivity time is set to 1 minute
  2. Display should turn off on battery after 3 minutes (but it never does independently of the type of screensaver chosen and inactivity minutes)
  3. Display should turn off on power adapter after 3 minutes (it never does but it never does independently of the type of screensaver chosen and inactivity minutes).

According to activity monitor, three processes prevent sleeping mode: Powerd, WindowServer and SharingD.

Powerd appears to my eyes as the problematic one.

Does any one knows how to solve the problem?
