Failed To Load Lyrics - Apple Music

Hello. After the karaoke update in Apple Music, it struggles to load lyrics for all music. Tried everything: waited for a new iOS update, reinstalled Apple Music, restarted the phone—but nothing helped.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

lyrics in Apple Music For the past few weeks, I’ve been unable to view lyrics in Apple Music on my iPhone. The button is not normally visible, but when it is and I tap it, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Apple Music not playing songs This morning when I was leaving for work I noticed my music was not playing. Whenever I click on a song to play it does nothing. I have restarted my phone multiple times, uninstalled then reinstalled app, updated my phone to iOS 18.2.1 and tried to sign out of my Apple ID and back in. None of these solutions have worked. I’m still unable to play music through Apple Music on my iPhone. PLEASE HELP!!

Great job on trying those steps! We'd like to continue ruling out some other possible causes, along with learning more about what's happening:

You mentioned your iPhone 'struggles' with loading lyrics, but we wanted to be upfront and let you know that not all songs may have lyrics available. That being said, what exactly occurs when you try loading the lyrics?
Are these the steps you've been trying? Check out: See lyrics and sing in Apple Music on your iPhone or iPad
You also mentioned updating recently, but if you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.4. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
