iCloud Password Bug

After updating my software to iOS 16.4, I noticed that two old passwords reappeared in my iCloud password manager. One dating back to 2019 and one from 2021. Whenever I try to delete these passwords they keep reappearing. Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Does anyone else have this bug?

Cannot delete passwords. They always return, even with iCloud not syncing passwords. I'm trying to reduce my saved passwords on my iMac and iPhone. I delete the passwords, but they always return, no matter what. I turned off password syncing on iCloud to try to fix it, but that didn't work. I delete all the ones I want to delete, and they all return a minute later. What is going on??? This seems insanely insecure, why is Apple holding onto my passwords so tightly. It's really bothering me.

No passwords in iCloud Password App My iCloud keywords are suddenly not present anymore in the iCloud Password App in Windows. I have reinstalled iCloud for Windows and the extension in Edge, not to mention multiple restards. No software updates are pending. Strangely, the passwords are OK on another PC running Windows 11. Icloud asking for password multiple times iPhone 15 plus IOS 17-18.0.1 Each time I go to update All apps, iCloud asks for password to update each password, and then deletes the update. So if I have 8 updates today, even though I choose UPDATE ALL, I am asked for password 8 times. Tomorrow, the 8 apps need to be updated again, plus ant that now need updating too. This started with the first update to IOS 17
