Low streaming volume on Oticon hearing aid from iPhone 14+

I have a Oticon More 2 hearing aid that I used with my iPhone XR. Max volume, using the volume buttons on the phone. At max volume the XR was OK. When I upgraded to 14+ the Max volume is barely OK. This volume is independent of volume setting of the hearing aid itself. Is there away of adjusting the baseline volume that the iPhone puts out that is then adjusted by the volume buttons.

Phone call volume is normal. Alerts are normal volume.

Any way of making the streaming volume louder?

Thanks!

Try this it worked for me. In General Settings -> Accessibility -> Hearing Devices turn off Hearing Aid Compatibility.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! We understand you are trying to adjust the balance of the volume settings of your new iPhone 14 Plus with your Oticon hearing aide. Have you updated your iPhone 14 Plus to iOS 16.4? If so, check to see if there is an update to the Oticon software as well.

Here are some general settings to adjust on your iPhone:

Use hearing devices with iPhone

Let us know if any of these adjustments improve the volume of the hearing aide.

Take care.
