I keep on getting charged about $10.00 on Roblox even if my daughter doesn’t have a premium Roblox account and I requested no charges. The last time i queried the billing, i was advised that they would close the account for good. I don't understand what the charges are for, and feel like one cannot even ask because they block accounts.

This is a touchy area but is you daughter “lending” her account out for someone else to use? There are scams like this happening.

Thanks it shows that the purchases come from her iPad. She says she doesn’t have any purchases. I will check if she has given friend permission to use her account. And yes I have done the request but after doing it for 3 times they refused to refund me
Hello ~ You may want to put some security measures in place such a a PIN number to App Store…
Require a password for App Store and iTunes purchases
