Why can’t hear my left AirPod??

This is not normal! I always take care of my AirPods and I don’t know why I can only hear from one AirPod! I already tried resetting them but it still doesn’t work. Do I have to make an appointment? Or can I just walk up to an employee and they can fix it for me?

Hi xSunsetSkiezx,

If service is required for your AirPods, then having an appointment is recommended to ensure you are able to be assisted at the time of your visit with any service provider.

Before seeking that route, check out If your left or right AirPod isn't working for steps:

"If there's no sound in one AirPod

  1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.
  2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
  3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging .
  5. Put both AirPods in your ears.
  6. Play audio to test both AirPods.
  7. If an AirPod still isn't working, reset your AirPods or contact Apple Support."

Regards.
