Thank you for your kind reply.
What I failed to include in my question is that I was trying to learn how to access my account transaction history from my Windows laptop.
After doing more research I found an obscure message somewhere in the Apple web metaverse that indicates that account transaction history can be accessed from the reportaproblem.apple.com web page. Go figure why the heck my account history is only included in pages dedicated to problem resolution! A limited interrelationship at best. Most other online account information functions include an option for transaction history. Not sure why Apple doesn't include my transaction history as an option within my online account information. Perhaps its a clever way to intentionally render the information, "hard to find" unless you're searching with an apple device.
