Move streak glitching after watch OS 9.4 update

Hey guys, I have had a move streak going for 454 days and suddenly today after I reached my move streak goal for the day I get a notification “congratulations on your new move streak of 34 days”. Is anyone else getting this glitch and more importantly is there any way to fix this?

iphone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all)

make sure Health is turned on (green)

If it ever gets turned iff it can take some days to recalculate all your awards and rings at server level.

You should never be afraid to do the following two troubleshooting procedures

Force restart the Watch

i.e. p ess and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo. Then while the Watch is restarting,

Force Restart the paired iphone   Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

and

Unpair and set up again

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support

and then set up again - takes about 20 minutes

Same thing happened here. Updated iPhone 12 ProMax to 16.4 (first), then updated Watch 7 and 8 to WatchOS 9.4. Both watches are showing 34 day streak (instead of 1661 days actual). All my previous badges are showing up correct on watches and iPhone (filled in and correct dates), but the 1750 greyed out badge is showing 34 days accrued instead of 1661 towards the next award on both the watches. On the iPhone, the 1750 greyed out badge is correctly showing 1661 toward 1750 (so hopefully they address the glitch and the data on the phone will prevail over the watches?). I tried force restarting all of them, but no change.

After un-pairing and re-pairing Watch 7, I ended up with the same situation except greyed out 1750 badge changed to 0 days toward 1750. I re-paired Watch 7 from backup. Didn't try re-pairing as "new" (too much to reconfigure and didn't want to go that route).

I updated both my phone (16.4) and watch (9.4) last night and lost EVERYTHING!! Four years of Fitness Activity, streaks, badges, etc - GONE!! I also cant install ANY apps on my watch!? I want it all back!!

I have restarted both devices. I unpaired my watch; then paired it again. Nothing changed or updated. I do not have a previous watch backup to use. I do not know what to do. I am at a loss.

Any ideas??
