I can use the Apple Music desktop and mobile app in English, but I cannot setup the web version in English. It automatically changes to Portuguese, even after defining in the settings that I want my primary language to be English.
What should I do in order to change the language?

We'll be glad to look into this with you. To confirm, you've set your language to English, but you're finding that the language for Apple Music on the web is changing back to Portuguese. Is that right?
Is this happening when you use Safari? If you haven't tested another browser out, we recommend giving that a try to see if it helps.

That is correct yes! In the meantime I tried to test this in Safari, as you suggested but unfortunately didn't solved the problem.
