iPhone cursor

I use to be able to use my whole keyboard to move my cursor on my iPhone. Now I can't since I switched to an iPhone 13. how do I set it up so I can?

What you said was very helpful but I had already found the answer. I sure wish they brought back the old way. I think it was a bit easier.
