We purchased the Apple TV4k about 8 weeks ago. It has to be reset about once every week or so; by reset, we have to remove the power cord and plug back in. In addition, the remote connections is lost about every 2 to 3 weeks requiring a reset. We have 2 older Apple TV devices and they have NEVER required a reset. Is anyone else having this issue? What is wrong with the Apple TV 4K?

I have had my 3rd gen since launch and it has been solid. What you have done is essentially a force reboot. If it persists then you will also want to do a proper reset to see if that rectifies and if not then consult with Apple.
