accidentally logged out of Apple-id and forgot the passcode

hi,

I accidentally logged out from apple id for my old (XSmax) iPhone and forgot the passcode as I dint use it for quite some time. In attempt of trying for passcode the iPhone got locked.

Is there anything which can be done for this as I don't want to loose my phone and the data in it.

please help
