Hello, I deleted this app blocker from the App Store. It has screen time restrictions on my device enabled.
I cannot disable the screen time restrictions in settings and I am unable to delete any apps from my phone.
what should I do?

If you already tried (to no avail) to delete that 3rd party app (in Settings>General>Iphone Storage... scrolling down to that app and deleting it), I suggest that you contact their developer/support team and ask them.

This is the button I have been trying to click, so that I can delete apps again. But every-time I click on it it resets to on again.
my iPhone is not managed by any school or other organization.
This app has been giving me trouble.
Perhaps your device is remotely controlled by a company/school/institute. Should be this case, you have to talk to the IT admin/supervisor of the entity who installed that remote control on your iPhone.
Shouldn't be this case, why can't you change your Screen Time settings/restrictions? What happens when you try?
