Final Cut Pro x

I have a still image on the timeline set for 5 seconds. When I open it to full screen and the timeline is paused it is sharp and focused. When I run play it becomes blurry? Any answers?

What are tge dimensions of the image, and of your project?

In the little menu at the top right of the Viewer, choose Better Quality instead of Better Performance. Does that help?

Thanks, found the problem. Images too small as you suggested.
