Fake Apple Watch

I bought a brand new fake Apple Watch Ultra… not the best or brightest day for me. Will apple do anything about this or am I screwed. Apple please throw me a bone and help me out here.. I beg you.

Is my apple watch fake? I have an Apple watch SE 1 gen, both on the chassis and the system info contains the same serial number and it's verified in apple's check coverage site, and also shows the apple logo on startup, etc. But just recently I've heard that fake ones can fool people by using an existing apple watch serial number, what can I do to be 100% certain that my apple watch is original?
