When I delete or read a gmail email on either my MacBook or iPad, it deletes or shows read on all 3 of my devices, but when I delete or read an email from my iPhone 13, it does not delete or show as read on any of my devices but the iPhone 13. I have restarted all my devices. Checked settings and Fetch it turned on. Checked iCloud. Beyond frustrating!

Email never syncs device to device. All email syncs to the mail server for the account, then syncs through that server to other devices that share the same email server. You have to troubleshoot why gmail from you iPhone is not syncing correctly to the server.
I have also updated to the latest software version.
