Hi. I changed my Apple ID. My apple credit card has been removed from my wallet of iPhone automatically. Anyone knows how to add my apple credit card to my wallet of iPhone with new Apple ID? If I click + on wallet, I only see “Apply Apple Card”. Thank you.

You cannot. If you create and use a new Apple ID, you need to apply for a new Apple Card.
If you change your Apple ID (Change your Apple ID - Apple Support), everything should stay on your account.
