iPhone 14 Pro Camera Flare / Glare at night
This always happens when I take pictures or video at night. Is this normal or is defect?
I have a video but I can’t upload
The phone is brand new.

It's normal. What you see are internal reflections of bright point of light reflecting off lens elements within the lens. Lens manufactures try to control it with various coatings but there are limitations. While visually annoying it is nothing to be concerned about as its not a flaw.
