Are you logged in, not logged in...

I see no current wide spread issues on the server:

It is not to say there are not some temporary local issues— I would simply try back at a later time/day

It’s been over two weeks and I’ve had the same error but on every Apple device including the devices at the Apple Store. Right now I have a ticket open after spending hours on the phone with senior advisors sending screen recordings and advanced logs. The response from engineers after two weeks were to use a different device, try the website. Instead of actually looking at the information and logs/screen recordings they are responding with simple suggestions regular senior advisors have already gone through several times. Apparently, the Apple iCloud server error have occurred on international accounts around the same time but you look on the apple status website and all systems are green. I believe it’s an issue with the last update that’s causing this that Apple refuses to fix and acknowledge. Shortly I’ll be getting rid of all my apple products watch, MacBook Air and iPhone because it’s no longer worth the hype.
