Hello my ICloud email address is compromised and I am receiving junk mail.

I need to change my iCloud email address so that I can stop receiving junk deceptive emails .. Can you help me with this?

Junk mail does not mean that your account was compromised. Junk mail is ubiquitous. Mark it as junk and delete it.
