Voicemail is not working on iPhone 14

I brought it back to AT&T. The gentleman there got on the phone with company support, they were able to figure out that it was never added to the new phone. It was reloaded and it now works perfectly. Thanks for your help.

Thank you! I did that, they said “since the error was an Apple 1035 to contact Apple”.
